Wish You Were There!

The 2nd showing of Without Hope at the Joy Performance Center in Kings Mountain was a huge success! There were over 100 people there and Jim Champion, who has been running the theater for many years, said this night was one of the most successful nights he had seen in a long time. Right after the showing we had Q & A, and from the response, people were really engaged in the movie. Some of the men from the Kings Mountain mine were there to see the film and they were amazed at how I captured the mine on film. Many DVD’s were sold, including “On My Last Breath”, which received high marks in the Charlotte Film Festival. I premiered the trailer for “On My Last Breath” before showing “Without Hope” and from the sales of the DVD following the movie, it must of worked. Not only did people buy “Without Hope”, but they wanted “On My Last Breath” as well.
Due to the success of this showing, we are talking about showing “Without Hope” again first of next year. Stay tuned for more information on that.
