Faith Thomas as Shelly Parker

At a young age Faith took interest in dance and gymnastics, but she caught the acting bug after taking her first acting class in a summer camp during middle school. She continued to take acting classes throughout high school and was involved in set design, organizing props, cueing the sound effects, plus playing various roles.

An honor student, Faith attended The University of North Carolina at Wilmington on a full scholarship. While in college, she appeared in made-for-TV movies, commercials, and supporting roles on hit TV programs. After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Business and Finance, Faith began a career in the mortgage banking industry.

Today, she continues to act and studies with Lon Bumgarner at the Film Actor's Studio in Charlotte, NC.

Comments About My Role

After meeting with Don and seeing his passion for film and hearing about his vision for the project, I realized there was more to Without Hope. Not only does it have a compelling story behind it, the special effects were amazing. Between unbeatable locations, set creativity, and Don’s fabulous editing, this movie came together to be quite impressive.
